We want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used wetsuits and certain safety equipment cannot be returned.

Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective covers are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
