FreeDivers Belt Reel With OBD Line
Freedivers Belt Reel Utilises the same spool as the Open Speargun Reel, fitted onto a sturdy laser-cut stainless steel belt reel plate, with the axle welded to it for added strength.
With the use of 6mm bungee and a quick-grab tab, the complete set-up can be easily attached and detached from your belt. In an emergency, grab the webbing loop pull and the reel will fall away.
On top and bottom of the belt mount are semi-circular attaching eyes, providing options for many uses.
The spool of the belt reel is made of re-inforced glass-filled nylon.
Extremely strong and light in weight, with a smooth drag and has positionally lockable drag tension.
Comes spooled with 50m of OBD premium Australian made 100% dyneema stiff yellow reel line.
End is rigged with PVC chafing tube and formed loop, with rubber stopper so line can't be overwound through the stainless reel line guide. This provides for the simple connection to a shark clip, normally found at the back of your speargun.
A must have reel for deep divers and those hunting pelagic fish.
