2 lb or approximately 900g dive pinch weight for weight belts. Weight is rectangular block shaped with slot running throught the weight at the back, to feed onto the belt. Designed so when placed on the belt, the thin bridge at the back can be "pinched" in to press against the belt to hold the weights in position.
